Clean rooms and friendly staff, very quiet property too!

To be honest, the saying "you get what you pay for" applies here. It's definitely a budget friendly hotel, but I must say that the rooms are huge, considering. They absolutely accommodate long-term stays and are pet friendly. Also the manager is super nice and will work with anyone on the price if the need should present itself. I've personally witness him a few times being kind to someone less fortunate and short on money.

The price can't be beat and the rooms are big. No noise and nobody bothers you. I like it

I've been here since Tuesday after hurricane ida hit Baton Rouge.... Owner is very polite and friendly....Rooms are clean no one bothers u........

Definitely helpful if your in between homes or saving up for one and need a place to stay kinda long-term. Although dated the rooms are actually extremely large and have lots of space. Pet friendly. The manager is an extremely helpful person and Ive witnessed multiple times he helped out a less fortunate person. Also Ive seen him give random odd jobs to ppl that couldn't quite make the rent, just to be sure they had a place to sleep, and that isn't a gesture you see very often these days. That alone is why I give them 5 .

Rooms are clean and we stayed in a room that was very large, and roomy, which is good due to the amount of stuff we have. The manager is super friendly, and he also works with you and the cost is super cheap. He is a friendly man and the place is quiet. There is no non sense going on here. It's a great place to stay!!!!
